Rhubarb

Growing it is not difficult, because all the plant needs is shade and watering.
Wild garlic
If you are used to collecting bear's onion in the forest, try growing it yourself.
Any shaded area, including under a fence, will do for this, and as a result you will be provided with a huge number of useful elements.
Horseradish
Horseradish can produce a good harvest even in the shade – here its leaves will be dense and crispy, and the rhizome will be strong.
