In the old days, people believed that it was especially dangerous to plant a willow on the day when a child was born in the family. In such a case, they said that the fate of the newborn would be sad.
Signs advise against planting a tree near the house whose branches are drooping. People who violate this warning will spend their entire lives in tears and sadness.
Another belief says that the willow has a powerful healing aura. But the plant needs energy, so it will take it from the owners of the house.
