Cucumbers are crops that require attention at all stages of development.

Before the plant begins to bloom, it is important to have time to feed your plantings with a special solution.

Thanks to this, cucumbers become strong, robust and produce a bountiful harvest, notes the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, landscape designer and agronomist Anastasia Kovrizhnykh .

What kind of fertilizer do experienced gardeners choose?

Many experienced gardeners know that cucumbers respond well to any suitable fertilizers, but the greatest results can be achieved by adding natural compounds.

One of the best is considered to be a mixture of nettle infusion with chicken manure. Since the fertilizer takes a long time to prepare, it is wiser to start preparing it in advance in order to have time to "treat" the cucumbers twice before flowering.

First, take a regular bucket and fill it about a third with chopped nettles. Add a liter of manure and pour in water.

After a week, you can use the nutrient mixture. For half a bucket of concentrate, take ten liters of water. The break between feedings is ten days.
