When the first peony shoots appear from the ground, they need to be fed to stimulate their active growth.

Peony is one of the main decorations of the garden. Hydrangea can compete with them in the beauty of their buds.

To ensure that young peonies grow and develop quickly, gardeners fertilize them in the spring with one valuable product.

Spring feeding of peonies

When the seeds of the ornamental plant sprout and shoot upward, it is time to prepare the first feeding.

For this purpose, urea (carbamide) is used, which contains a lot of nitrogen. This macroelement is necessary for the active growth of green mass.

Urea is used in dry form - 20 g per 1 sq. m. Granules are scattered and dug in around plants, and when there is precipitation they dissolve and are absorbed into the soil.

For adult peonies, use ammonium nitrate - 1 tbsp. per 5 liters of water. The resulting solution is enough for one bush.
