For the Slavs, ficus is an exotic plant. Therefore, the ideas about it are not the most positive. For example, it is believed that ficus destroys harmony in the house and provokes quarrels.
Another sign calls this flower a "husband-killer". They say that women who have a ficus on their windowsill will either not get married or get divorced.
