If a summer resident is carried away by growing these beautiful, but at the same time very fragile flowers, then he knows for sure that they need special care.

Roses are often attacked by aphids.

It takes all the juices from the plant, destroys the plantings, and also quickly spreads across the site. For this reason, it is necessary to periodically inspect the plants in order to start fighting pests in time.

Aphids most often appear in late spring - early summer.

To combat insects, you can use chemicals. For example, "Aktara", "Tanrek", "Iskra" and so on. But this method is relevant if the rose garden is located separately, and there are no fruit plants nearby.

You can also use folk methods to combat aphids. A solution of milk (100 ml), a liter of water and iodine (0.5 ml) is suitable for this. You need to spray roses with this mixture.

A soap solution will also do. To do this, you need to dissolve household or tar soap in water. Then you need to carry out foliar treatment.

An ammonia-based infusion is also popular with summer residents. To do this, prepare two tablespoons of ammonia per 10 liters of water, as well as two tablespoons of any soap or detergent.
