Many high-quality fertilizers that were used in Soviet times have been undeservedly forgotten by the new generation of summer residents.
However, a properly selected and tested composition can significantly influence the yield of vegetables.
In order for cucumbers to grow healthy and strong, literally a week after planting the seedlings, it is worth carrying out one simple fertilizing, says Anastasia Kovrizhnykh , an expert of the online publication BelNovosti, a landscape designer and agronomist.
You will need to mix one liter of mullein, ten grams of potassium sulfate and urea in ten liters of water, and also add thirty grams of superphosphate.
For each square meter of planting, half a bucket of the prepared product is used, so the calculations can be adjusted depending on the size of the beds.
It is important to apply the fertilizer correctly. First, water the seedlings, then add the nutrient composition, and then water again.
Thanks to this, cucumbers will develop dynamically and “thank” you with a rich harvest.
