This happens for certain reasons.
Recent skirmish
If the seedlings drooped after such a procedure, it means that they were seriously injured. As a result, the plants stopped receiving adequate nutrition.
To solve the problem, they need to be moved to a warm place where there will be no direct sunlight.
Overwatering
When liquid stagnates in a flowerpot, the roots of the seedlings begin to rot.
It is necessary to reduce the amount of watering, and also make holes in the bottom of the containers with tomatoes. This way, excess water will drain away.
Dense planting
When tomatoes are planted close to each other, they require more nutrition.

The soil is not suitable
Tomatoes will not grow well in heavy soil. If they are in such soil, they need to be replanted in loose soil. Soil acidification is also a problem that occurs if watering is done with hard water.
It is necessary to remove some of the soil that has become acidic, replace it, and then water only with settled water at room temperature.
