Planting carrots is a very complicated procedure.
The small size of the seed particles results in uneven distribution across the holes.
In some “holes” there may be too many seeds, in others – too few.
Because of this, the gardener will face numerous problems. First of all, we are talking about the need to frequently thin out carrots and a drop in the yield of the garden crop.
However, there is one little trick that can significantly simplify the planting of carrots and achieve an even distribution of seeds.
You will need the most ordinary plastic bottle.
First, you need to remove the lid from the container. This device requires making a lot of holes.
The holes should not be too large, but not too small either. They should be such that one seed can easily fall out of them.
Next, the carrot seeds need to be poured into a bottle. The latter should be screwed on with a lid.
When planting the plant, the container should be used upside down and shaken as if it were a jar of baby powder.
The seed material will fall into the holes in approximately equal quantities.
