Carrot seeds are quite small in size, so it is quite difficult to sow them at a certain distance from each other.

Therefore, summer residents have to thin out their carrot beds. However, there is one method that helps gardeners avoid unnecessary fuss.

Method of sowing carrots

Use a paper towel or toilet paper. Apply any water-soluble glue to the selected material, and then glue the seeds at a distance of 4 cm from each other.

This simple structure is then given time to dry for one day. Then the tape is rolled into a roll and left until sowing.

Then, when the time comes, all that remains is to spread the tape in the furrows, sprinkle with soil and water.

You don't have to bother with homemade tape. Garden stores carry special sticky tapes that can be used for sowing carrots.
