Camphor is used not only in medicine, but also in gardening.

The product is useful in the fight against insect pests. Summer residents began to use camphor alcohol relatively recently.

For open ground

The solution is effective against onion and carrot flies, soil pests. To prepare the product, take 1 liter of warm water. Dissolve 50 g of laundry soap in the liquid.

When the water has cooled, 100-120 ml of camphor alcohol is added in a thin stream. The solution is thoroughly mixed, and then the total volume of liquid is brought to 5 liters.

To scare away pests, water the beds. The consumption rate is 5 liters per square meter.

The solution is also used to treat garlic and onions against downy mildew.

In the greenhouse

In this case, camphor alcohol is used against spider mites and leafhoppers. As for diseases, the product protects plants from a dangerous disease called stolbur.

It is very easy to use the product in a greenhouse. After planting the seedlings, hang paper towels or rags soaked in camphor inside. They are renewed every 10-12 days.

To protect plantings over an area of 12 square meters, you need to use 80 ml of the product.
