Garlic is one of the most unpretentious crops.

But minimal care is still necessary if you want to get a really high-quality and large harvest.

It is very important to carry out fertilization.

But there is no need to rush. You can start after the first 4-5 leaves appear.

Urea or carbamide are suitable for such early feeding. The fertilizer works best at high temperatures, so it would not be superfluous to leave the product for the summer.

In the spring, it is better to pay attention to ammonium nitrate. The fertilizer will give a good result even in not the warmest weather.

In addition, as experienced gardeners emphasize, it would not be superfluous to use magnesium sulfate or magnesium sulfate in addition to nitrogen, which will help better absorption of nutrients in cool soil.

This remedy is easy to prepare.

You need to dissolve 20 grams of ammonium nitrate and 20 grams of magnesium sulfate in a 10-liter bucket of water. Before watering, make a small furrow (no more than 5 cm deep) and water the garlic beds through it.
