Radish does not require much attention and special feeding. It is enough to sow seeds in prepared or fertile soil - and the first vegetable harvest will not take long to come.
You just need to pay attention to a couple of nuances. The plantings need to be thinned out and fertilized. We'll tell you how.
As for thinning, everything is clear here. The weakest shoots that prevent the neighboring ones from growing are pulled out.
But you can get confused with fertilizers. But experienced gardeners do not overthink it and use folk remedies.
Wood ash has the most beneficial effect on the radish harvest. If applied before planting, 0.5 kg of ash will be required per square meter of bed for digging. If after planting, an infusion is prepared from the ash.
To do this, dissolve 0.2 kg of ash in 5 liters of boiling water and leave for 24 hours. Then add another 5 liters of clean water and use for watering.
You can take 100 grams of dry yeast, dissolve it in 10 liters of water and leave it for a day. The finished infusion is used for watering.
