Why parsley doesn't sprout: 90% of summer residents make this mistake

Summer residents believe that growing greenery is a way to relax, so they don’t try too hard, but in vain.

Carrots, potatoes, onions and other similar vegetables require special attention. The same goes for parsley.

In practice, many gardeners face a problem when growing greens. Parsley often does not sprout and it seems that the seeds are defective.

In fact, the reason is obvious. After winter, summer residents are in a hurry to green their gardens, to get the first harvest of aromatic herbs that can be chopped into fried potatoes or soup.

Therefore, they hurry with sowing. Parsley contains essential oils that prevent growth if the soil is cold.

It is better to sow greens in late spring, when the soil is well warmed up. In the warmth, essential oils dissolve and the first shoots appear after 5 days.

Otherwise, it is better to place the parsley in a greenhouse and then plant it. Then the harvest will be early.

In addition, when sowing in open ground, if the weather is not warm, you need to build a mini-greenhouse.
