Grapes are a favorite berry of many summer residents, who make jam, compote, wine from them, or simply put them on the table as a dessert.

Gardeners are wondering how to increase the yield of sweet berries. There is a simple algorithm of actions that will allow you to achieve the desired goal.

You need to act already in the spring. But don't forget about the grapes in the summer and autumn. Then the bush will be covered with bunches.

The basis of a luxurious grape harvest are three macroelements: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium.

In spring, the plant needs nitrogen. Grapes need it to build up vegetative mass. During this period, the foundation for the future harvest will be laid.

Before and during flowering, the bush needs potassium. Fertilizer helps the plant to lay buds and form inflorescences.

In autumn, you also need to focus on potassium, but don't forget about phosphorus. Nitrogen is mostly needed only in spring.

An excellent result is given by a complex mixture, which can be prepared independently. For 10 liters of water take 3 tablespoons of potassium nitrate, 2 tablespoons of nitrogen nitrate and 2.5 tablespoons of phosphates.
