However, it is not always possible to get such water for watering plants. But there is a way out, and hydrogen peroxide can act as a "substitute". The product can be found in every first aid kit and is completely safe when used correctly.

How to Use Hydrogen Peroxide to Water Flowers

An aqueous solution of peroxide can improve the composition of the soil, plants begin to more actively absorb nutrients and water, they are protected from pests and pathogens.

Watering with peroxide

To prepare a solution for watering plants, use water that has been standing for at least 5-7 hours. Tap water contains a lot of chlorine, and flowers will definitely not like it.

For preventive watering, mix 1 liter of water and 2-3 drops of peroxide. The solution is not stored and is used immediately after preparation.

To treat the soil, 3% peroxide is mixed with water at a rate of 3-5 drops per 1 liter of water.

For plants affected by fungus or rot, prepare the following solution: up to 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide per 1 liter of water. The product is suitable for both foliar treatment and watering.
