Usually after cleaning eggs there is a shell left, which everyone is used to throwing away.

However, few people know that it is useful for indoor flowers, especially orchids.

The shell can be used as a fertilizer, which contains many useful microelements and will help the plant grow new roots, several flower stalks and form beautiful large flowers.

There are three ways to make this fertilizer.

Method one

Place the eggshells in settled water. Let it boil for about 15 minutes, then pour the broth out and let it cool.

This solution should be used to feed orchids once every two weeks, replacing regular watering.

As a result, orchids form new flowers faster than usual. At the same time, new roots are formed on the plant.

Method two

Dry the eggshells and place them in a clean, dry glass jar. To make fertilizer, dry the shells in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Next, put it in a coffee grinder and grind it into a powder.

Add an incomplete 1 teaspoon of powder to a glass of hot water, stir, let cool and you can feed your favorite orchids once every 2 weeks. Your flowers will quickly come to life!

Method three

Take the eggshell, remove the inner film and place it in a glass jar, then pour purified water into it and let it brew.

After 3 days, pour the egg infusion into a container and you can feed the orchids instead of just watering. If you make such an infusion in the summer, it will be ready in a day.
