All flower growers know that an orchid requires a lot of attention and effort to bloom.

We offer several methods, tested in practice, that will be useful for growing such a plant.

1 method

The orchid pot has very good drainage, which results in rapid water flow and insufficient water to saturate the roots. Pay attention to the color of the roots, if they are not light green, then there is a lack of moisture.

To solve this problem, place the flower pot in a container filled with water, leave for 10 minutes, then add more water and leave for another 10 minutes.

After that, take out the flower and leave it to drain. Put it in its usual place and leave it for 2 weeks. After half a month, the procedure can be repeated.

Method 2

Create a stressful situation for the flower by leaving it without watering. However, approach this method wisely.

If under normal conditions the plant was watered once a week, then 2 weeks without watering will be enough.

Method 3

Change the location of the flower. Move it to another room or to a place where the temperature is about 2-3 degrees different from its usual location.

Method 4

After watering, wait until the water drains and move the flower to a dark place for 2 weeks.

After 14 days, take out the orchid, water it and place it in the brightest spot on the windowsill.

Method 5

Make a solution of 1 tablet of succinic acid per half a liter of water. Spray the entire orchid with the solution along with the soil for 2 weeks.
