One of the main enemies of the apple tree is the codling moth. It can damage a huge number of fruits.

A gardener who fails to protect the plant from dangerous larvae may lose a significant part of the harvest.

The fight against codling moth involves the use of various chemicals.

But it is better to prevent the pest from appearing on the apple tree and apples in a safer way. This can be done by planting certain plants near the tree.

Experienced gardeners have long noticed the following pattern: if any of the above-mentioned plants are located near an apple tree, pests usually do not attack the tree.

The woody plant develops fully and forms fruits without problems. In most cases, no dangerous diseases appear.

The apples do not become wormy. The harvest preservation becomes maximal.
