Some people mistakenly think that pests cannot live in indoor flowers.

In fact, midges can breed in flowerpots. The problem is especially acute in the autumn-winter period.

The problem should not be ignored, otherwise indoor flowers may suffer.

But there is one simple natural fertilizer that can save plants from these insects.

We are talking about garlic. This spice not only has a positive effect on the taste and aroma of various dishes, but also helps to keep plants healthy.

It is enough to stick one clove of garlic into each flower pot. In this case, each clove must first be cut longitudinally.

It is enough to simply leave the garlic in the pot for a day and then remove it. During this time, the soil will have time to absorb all the necessary nutrients.

As a result, the aroma and oils of garlic will drive away the midges and destroy their larvae. In addition, phytoncides will provide protection to plants from diseases.
