Citizens of Belarus have predicted the fate of the domestic economy, sharing their opinions on what it will be like in a year.
They spoke about this as part of a sociological survey conducted in the republic entitled “Factors of Sustainable Development”.
As Belta reports , the majority of respondents are convinced that in a year the economic situation in Belarus will become even better.
It is noted that the survey was conducted by the EcooM analytical center from October 1 to 21, 2024.
According to the director of the center, Sergei Musienko, 1,580 citizens (men, women, of different ages, levels of education, living in different regions of the country) were surveyed.
Citizens were asked to answer the question: “How do you think the economic situation in the country will change in a year?”
Will it remain the same or will it change? This is what 75.8% of respondents think.
7.9% of respondents said that things would get worse, 4.1% said that the situation would “deteriorate significantly,” while 12.2% found it difficult to answer.
