Autumn salaries in Belarus. In Mogilev – up to 5,500 rubles

Real disposable cash income of the population of Belarus for the first 9 months of 2024 increased by 9.4% compared to the same period in 2023.
The National Statistical Committee reported this, as well as the fact that today every fourth Belarusian has a salary of over 2,500 rubles.
And every tenth resident of the country earns more than 3,000 rubles, says Belstat.
Statistical salaries
According to his information, last year real wages in the republic rose by 11% (taking into account inflation).
It is stated that the average salary of some public sector workers currently exceeds the average in Belarus.
This plan mentions doctors whose average monthly salary for the first 9 months of 2024 exceeded the national average by one and a half times.
Belstat emphasizes that wage growth is observed not only in the real sector of the economy, but also in the budget sector.
Over the last 30 years, Belarusian salaries have grown 30 times, and over the last 5 years – by 25.3%.
In September 2024, the nominal accrued average salary in the country amounted to 2,313 rubles 90 kopecks.
Regions and workers
The highest among salaries (average nominal accrued) was found by Belstat in Minsk – 3,058 rubles 30 kopecks.
The top three also includes Minsk and Gomel regions with figures of 2,367 and 2,095.1 rubles, respectively.
They are followed by Grodno (2,067.9 rubles), Brest (2,063.6), Vitebsk (1,963.9) and Mogilev (1,949.8) regions.
As for workers, according to the statistics agency, the highest salaries are received by representatives of the information and communications sector – 5,474 rubles 30 kopecks on average.
The TOP-3 included financiers and insurers (3,312.4 rubles) and workers in professional, scientific and technical activities (2,894.3).
Next in line are those involved in construction (2,822.8), industry (2,570.3), transportation, warehousing, postal and courier activities (2,302.2).
It is worth understanding that all the above figures are average statistical indicators.
Real salaries may vary – some are higher and some are lower than average.
Mogilev
Even in the regions, judging by the vacancies in the database of the state employment service, today they are offering 5,000 rubles and more.

The TOP-3 best salaries in Mogilev are closed by a salary of 3,500 to 3,590 rubles.
