How to find a job with no experience at 30

People of different ages are looking for work.

If in Soviet times many people worked their entire lives at one enterprise, then in modern times few people succeed in doing this.

That's why people have to be interested in employment issues. Those who have little or no experience are especially worried. And if a person is, say, not 20, but already 30 years old, does that mean he won't be able to find a job?

You can find a job not only at 30, but even at 40 years old without any specific experience. Of course, there is a high probability that you will have to spend a lot of time and effort to do this.

If you have no experience or education by that time, there will be vacancies even for you. You can become a kitchen worker, a janitor or a loader, for example.

Of course, your salary will not be high and you will not have to think about career growth, but such options exist and they are better than the prospect of unemployment.

If you have received an education, but for some reason did not return to work, for example, were on maternity leave, then take advanced training courses to restore lost knowledge and get a job in your specialty.

After that, you can send your resume. Of course, you shouldn't expect to be hired for a high-paying position right away, but you can get a job as an assistant or an intern, while getting the opportunity for career growth.

In fact, 30 years is not that much. And if during the period you spent at home you were still interested in your profession and know about all its changes, then this will be your advantage.

In addition, employers understand that at 30 years of age, a person becomes more responsible and serious and will not commit spontaneous acts, as, for example, a twenty-year-old candidate would do.

Be proactive in your job search. Don't assume that as soon as you send in your resume, you'll be invited to an interview. Call around. You might find something close to home. In that case, go there in person to offer your services.

Collect as many options as possible. You will probably have to look at dozens of vacancies before you find something suitable. The main thing is not to give up the search if it does not end in success for a long time.

Or it could be different. You already have a job, but it doesn't suit you. And at 30, you decide to master a new profession. Of course, after completing your studies, you will have to look for a place that requires specialists without experience.

Therefore, before mastering a new profession, find out what specialties are currently in demand, so you will increase your chances of successful employment. And only after that, decide which educational institution or courses you will graduate from.

Don't expect to get a high salary right away. First, prove to your superiors that you are an excellent specialist who understands your profession. Gradually, you will achieve success in your career.

Talk to people around you. Maybe someone will help you find a job. And you will be able to work in good conditions.

However, remember that now you are responsible. The person recommended you, and you have no right to let him down. Besides, if you do not want to work conscientiously, the management will fire you anyway, and no connections will help you.
