Ministry of Economy: Individual entrepreneurs can become legal entities by December 31, 2025; this process is already underway
Individual entrepreneurs can become legal entities until December 31 of the following year.
The head of the Ministry of Economy of Belarus, Yuri Chebotar, recalled this when commenting on the innovations for individual entrepreneurs from October.

The Minister reminded that the list of types of activities for individual entrepreneurs comes into force on October 1.
Individual entrepreneurs will be able to continue to operate for the remaining types of businesses on the list.
For those types that are not on the list, individual entrepreneurs have a choice regarding their future status, the head of the department said.
One option is to re-register as a legal entity before December 31 of the following year.
The head of the Ministry of Economy noted that it is possible to re-register on the same day.
According to Chebotar, the Ministry of Economy is monitoring the situation, and positive dynamics are observed even before the list comes into force: the number of individual entrepreneurs is decreasing, the number of legal entities is growing, and specifically in those types of activities that are not included in the list for individual entrepreneurs.
That is, those who think about their destiny in advance are already resolving these issues today and registering their legal entities, the minister summed up.
