According to her, it is especially dangerous to combine this fruit with meat, honey and cold water.
As the nutritionist explained, persimmon contains tannins, which can combine various substances and impair their absorption.
For example, meat takes a long time to digest, it must break down freely. Tannins can disrupt this process, the specialist said.
Persimmon should not be combined with honey, as it greatly increases blood sugar levels.
As for cold water, it disrupts the production of enzymes and thus impairs the absorption of persimmon.
