Secondly, you cannot add honey to tea. It is strictly forbidden to subject it to heat treatment.
When heated above 60 degrees, honey turns into a carcinogen.
Thirdly, lemon. This combination will not harm your health, but it will not bring any benefit either, since hot tea kills all the vitamins in the citrus.
