Why eat eggs at night

As Kovalkov explained, eggs contain amino acids that stimulate the production of the growth hormone somatotropin.

Thanks to this hormone, which has a fat-burning effect, a person loses weight in his sleep.

Somatotropin begins to be produced at 12 o'clock at night and can burn 150 g of fat tissue in 50 minutes.

The specialist recommended eating two eggs before bed.

Throw away the yolks, boil the egg whites, fry them, cook them with garlic, with dill, eat them right before bed, the nutritionist advised.

According to him, it is healthy to eat not only eggs at night, but also meat, fish and seafood.

The doctor also recommended removing carbohydrates (porridge, fruits) from the diet 4-5 hours before bedtime.
