People who want to get rid of extra pounds as quickly as possible should avoid adding additives to their coffee.
Dietitian and nutritionist Evgeny Arzamastsev told the publication “ Moscow 24 ” about this.
As the doctor noted in a conversation with the press, if you can’t completely give up coffee with additives, you should at least start monitoring the amount of such drinks in your menu.
According to Arzamastsev, if you don’t do this, you definitely won’t be able to lose weight, but you may gain extra kilos.
