A bathroom in an apartment, as a rule, cannot be called spacious - it’s good if its size does not resemble a closet.
But even the tiniest space can be transformed and made functional if you know how.
The tricks were shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, designer Yulia Tychino.
1. You probably already have a mirror on the wall above the sink.
What if you replace it with a larger model equipped with lighting? As a result, you will be able to “push apart” the walls of a cramped bathroom.
2. A bulky nightstand can be replaced with a wicker basket – such items are in fashion right now.
The basket, which has a flexible design, will easily fit even in the narrowest places – for example, under the sink or near the bathtub.
3. If you are sure that you cannot do without a cabinet, choose not a standard model, but one that has additional functions.
Of course, you won't find it in a store - you'll have to make a custom cabinet. Ask the craftsman to make you a narrow cabinet in which you can put your linen, and a separate section - it will come in handy for cosmetics and towels.
4. Never leave corners empty.
Don't think that nothing will fit in them: if there is absolutely no room to turn around in the bathroom, you can place a wall-mounted corner sink here - right above the bathtub.
5. As for storing towels, it is recommended to leave them in wicker baskets and hide them on shelves or in a cabinet under the sink - no one will reproach you for the mess in the bathroom anymore.
