First, there is composition
The center of the image should be located at a height of approximately 1.5 meters from the floor.
If there are several paintings, they are hung at intervals of 5-10 cm.
If you hang a picture above a sofa, there should be an equal distance from the edge of the frame to the left and right edges of the furniture, but no less than 15 cm.
Secondly, harmony
It is good if the wall on which the canvas will hang has the same colors as the painting itself.
But sharp contrasts and smooth transitions are allowed.
Third, pay attention to the frame.
If you want to highlight a painting, the frame should be dark and contrasting.
A light frame is needed in cases where there is no need to distract attention. And if the image is in black and white, then the frame should be black.
