There are four options for solving the problem.

Household appliances are often painted white - the most successful color. It harmonizes with any other and fits into the interior more easily.
But in order to hide the split system, the easiest way is to paint the wall on which the equipment is located white.
For creative people
Try painting the air conditioner unit with paints. Choose something as close as possible to the picture on the wall or to the interior style.
For those who don't look for easy ways
In the same way as a heating radiator is covered with decorative grilles, cover the block. How appropriate this option is - everyone decides for themselves.
And the last option
You can combine business with pleasure by placing shelves or a rack nearby and putting something original on them. This will distract attention from the air conditioner.
