Minimalism, new ergonomics, the combination of natural materials with technology...
Designers from Chef Kitchen talk about long-term trends: how to design a stylish, functional kitchen that won’t go out of fashion in a couple of years.
Minimalistic styles are trendy, helping you slow down and take a break from the hustle and bustle.
At its peak is Japandi, which combines Japanese leisurely pace and cozy northern hygge: a warm, light palette, natural wood tones, natural textures and living plants.
Pastel, muted tones are still in fashion. Choose a neutral light palette: shades of white, gray, beige.
Natural colors are trendy, such as sage, wine or soft peach — the Pantone color of 2024. Experiment with combinations: monochrome, color blocking, contrasting inserts.
Closer to nature: wood, glass, stone. Even concrete, which replaces traditional loft style brick. Another trend is matte surfaces. They are not easily soiled, wear-resistant, and at the same time look noble, especially in combination with deep natural shades.
These are tall cabinets that reach all the way to the ceiling. Such furniture has many advantages, especially for small areas: visual expansion of space, loft storage (if the set is three-tiered), minus cleaning cabinets from above.
The modern rhythm creates new functional points: a dishwasher, a coffee zone, an island or a peninsula, for example a bar counter. And it also modifies the usual ones: designers install a dryer in the lower base, and an oven - separately from the hob.
One light bulb per room is inconvenient. Ergonomic multi-level lighting with controls is trendy: bright lighting of work areas, soft light above the dining area, combination of types of lamps and changing the intensity and warmth of lighting.
Complex systems, minimum door handles: trendy fittings make the look and use of the set easier. Ergonomic kitchen formula: fully retractable lower tier, lifting or hinged fronts in the middle row, tip-on system for the mezzanine.
A glass door protects from dust, does not create the impression of a blank facade, which adds visual lightness to the space. Use reflective glass, a thin frame, and be sure to use backlighting.
Seamless, made in the same material as the countertop or even the wall - such an apron looks laconic, creates an interesting visual accent, and is also easier to clean.
Trendy cuisine is good when it is at home, not in a store. With the loan "Na Rodnyya Tavary" from Belarusbank, this is possible, even if you do not have the entire amount at once.
Buy a kitchen set from the Chef Kitchen salon for only 4% per annum. Taking a kitchen on credit will be even more profitable: inflation and exchange rate changes will compensate for the overpayment, because the loan term is up to 3 years!
The global trend of being careful with yourself has penetrated into design. A modern kitchen is a comfortable living space that is arranged without stressing the budget.
