On the one hand, dismantling the battery can really improve the appearance of the room, but on the other hand, it will inevitably lead to discomfort in the cold season.
After all, without radiators under the windows it will be cold even after the heating season begins, and heated floors cannot completely replace batteries.
Another problem associated with heating radiators occurs when they are installed too low.
If you do not take into account the height of the baseboard at the very beginning of the renovation, it may happen that the battery outlet will be too low, as a result of which the builders will be forced to make unsightly holes in the material.
It is recommended to take a height of 20 cm from the floor for the radiator outlet, while the height of the baseboard can be from 12 to 14 cm.
