New Minister of Culture Appointed in Belarus. Lukashenko Held Personnel Day

On the second day of winter in 2024, Belarus learned that the Ministry of Culture would now be headed by a new person.

The corresponding decision was made by Alexander Lukashenko – he held a personnel day on December 2.

As reported by the press service of the head of state, the President appointed Ruslan Chernetsky as the head of the Ministry of Culture.

In addition, other important decisions related to personnel issues were made.

Thus, Sergei Nalivaiko has been appointed as the President’s assistant and inspector for the Mogilev region.

Stanislav Chepurny became the Ambassador of Belarus to Turkmenistan.

Alexander Lukashenko approved the candidacy of Valery Kovalev for the post of General Director of the State Production Association for Fuel and Gasification "Beltopgaz".

The Belarusian Oil Company JSC will now be headed by Marat Maletsky, while Andrei Demidovets has been appointed to the position of General Director of Minsk Crystal.
