The main New Year's fruit - tangerines - can be eaten fresh to provide the body with vitamin C, but this does not mean that you should refuse dozens of delicious dishes prepared using these seasonal citrus fruits.
We share the recipe for one of them – chicken in garlic-tangerine glaze – in this article.
For 6 chicken thighs you will need:
Wash and dry the chicken thighs and place them skin side down on a foil-lined baking sheet.
You also need to grate the garlic on a fine grater and mix it with soy and teriyaki sauce, honey and tangerine juice.
Place this mixture in a saucepan on the fire to evaporate a little moisture - about a quarter.
Mix a third of the sauce with spices and brush the chicken with it, then place the thighs on a baking rack and place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees (the top-bottom mode should be on).
After 20 minutes, turn the chicken over and re-marinate it.
Place the mandarin slices next to each other and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
