To avoid gaining weight during the New Year holidays, store-bought mayonnaise in salads should be replaced with healthy homemade mayonnaise.
Russian therapist, nutritionist, and nephrologist Regina Akhunyanova explained how to prepare it.
The expert's recommendations are provided by doctorpiter.ru .
As Akhunyanova explained, mayonnaise is the main culprit of extra calories.
This product can also cause digestive problems.
This is bloating, heaviness, pain in the abdomen, the specialist noted.
To make healthy homemade mayonnaise you will need: Greek yogurt, Russian mustard, fresh dill and salt.
For 200 grams of yogurt you need to take two teaspoons of mustard, a bunch of dill and a pinch of salt.
Mix yogurt with mustard, add salt, and beat in a blender.
Add chopped dill to the resulting mass and mix thoroughly.
The healthiest homemade mayonnaise is ready. You can add it to the salad right away, or put it in the refrigerator.
If you like a more delicate taste, add one teaspoon of mustard.
