One of the most popular foods is potatoes, so it is worth finding out which spices go perfectly with them.
- a small spoon of finely ground sea salt, granulated garlic and dried onion;
- 10 pieces of pepper and coriander seeds;
- two small spoons of paprika.
It is better to take pepper and coriander whole, as they will give much more aroma when preparing the seasoning.
Pepper and coriander can be combined immediately and crushed with a mortar. Then add the remaining ingredients. Some of the fine salt can be replaced with coarse salt if you prefer this option.
Mix and put into a clean and dry sealed container. Now when preparing potato dishes you can always use this spice mixture.
