Vegetables should be thoroughly washed and dried using paper towels.
There is no need to peel the skin. Then you need to make several cuts to the middle of the tuber.
The root vegetables should then be wrapped in cling film so that the cut areas remain open.
The greens need to be chopped, mixed with oil, crushed garlic, salt and spices.
The filling must be evenly distributed over the potatoes so that it penetrates into the cuts.
Afterwards, the potatoes need to be placed in the oven and baked for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
