With this recipe for battered chops with a spicy twist, you can prepare a delicious dish in just half an hour.

Traditionally, chops are made from pork, it is better to choose loin or tenderloin with a minimum amount of fat or none at all.

Cut the meat into pieces about 1 cm thick and beat them with a culinary hammer. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper and any other spices to taste.

Now you can start preparing the batter, for which you will need to beat 3 eggs with 2 tablespoons of sour cream (mayonnaise) and 1 tablespoon of flour.

Add 2-5 crushed garlic cloves to the batter, as well as salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare for frying: pour flour for breading the chops into a flat plate, pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up thoroughly.

Now roll the meat in flour, then in batter and immediately put it in the frying pan.
