This is exactly why it is worth baking persimmon with nuts and honey, because after trying just one piece of this delicious dessert, you will forever change your opinion about this fruit.

For dessert, in addition to 6 fruits, you will need:

  • 6 tablespoons walnuts;
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg;
  • 2 tablespoons honey;
  • 5 g cinnamon.

The persimmon needs to be washed, the tops cut off and the pulp carefully removed with a teaspoon.

Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan – 8-10 minutes is enough, and then crush them (you can use a rolling pin).

Mix the nuts with the persimmon pulp, add cinnamon, nutmeg and honey. If you are preparing a dessert for adults, you can pour in 20 ml of cognac.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and fill the persimmons with them. Use the cut off tops as lids.

After this, place the future dessert in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
