The recipe we will share with you today includes only natural ingredients, and its complexity is such that even novice cooks can handle making condensed milk.
First, mix 1 cup of 3.6% fat milk and 1.5 cups of dry milk in an enamel saucepan.
Stir until any lumps that may have appeared disappear, then pour in 1.5 cups of sugar.
Now place the pan in a water bath, that is, in a larger container filled with water.
Homemade condensed milk is cooked for about an hour on medium heat.
During the cooking process, do not forget to stir the mixture – you will see how it gradually thickens.
Finally, wait until the condensed milk cools down and pour it into jars to store in the refrigerator.
