Whatever you say, haute cuisine will never replace recipes that you remember from childhood.
Among these are fluffy pancakes, but not on yeast dough, but on kefir. Not everyone can make them, but apparently the recipe was wrong.
1. Take all the products out of the refrigerator in advance. The kefir should be at room temperature and the egg too.
2. Mix together the egg, sugar and salt, then pour in the warm kefir and stir.
3. Sift the flour in small portions, stirring the mixture with a whisk or fork.
Add flour until you get a thick dough that slowly slides off the spoon.
4. Now add baking soda and mix everything well.
Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.
