Mannik is a quick and easy to prepare dessert that is equally loved by both adults and children.
This delicacy goes well with a cup of aromatic and hot coffee or tea.
First, melt the butter. In a separate container, beat the eggs with sugar until smooth.
Once the butter has cooled a little, it needs to be combined with the egg mixture. Then you need to add all the other components of the dough.
But don't rush to put it in a baking dish. The mass should "rest" for about half an hour.
Bake the dessert for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. The oven must be preheated.
