Lazy cabbage rolls are a great option for a tasty lunch when you don’t want to spend a lot of time at the stove.
For 450-500 g of minced meat you should prepare:

First, the rice should be boiled and cooled. The vegetables should be chopped.
Cabbage should be poured with boiling water and left for 10 minutes. Then the water should be drained, and the shredded cabbage should be mixed with minced meat, beaten eggs with spices, and all the other ingredients. The mass should be shaped.
As soon as the cabbage rolls are ready, they need to be placed in a baking dish.
The remaining onions and carrots should be fried, mixed with sauce, salt and pepper.
As soon as the mixture comes to a boil, you need to pour it over the cabbage rolls.
The dish should be baked under foil for no more than 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
