For this reason, we decided to make a selection of dishes that require “extra” pickles for their preparation.
By preparing this first course, you will be able to “utilize” not only stale canned cucumbers, but also sausages and smoked meats.
Cooking solyanka is not at all difficult: first, chop and fry the onion until golden brown, then add tomato paste or tomatoes and leave on the heat for another minute.
Boil water for the soup, throw in the sliced sausage, hot dogs and beef, as well as pickles and olives. Cook everything together until done, then add the fried onions and tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. When serving, garnish the soup with herbs and a slice of lemon.
This Tatar national dish includes meat, pickles, potatoes and tomato paste. You can also add other vegetables to taste.
To prepare azu, you need to fry beef, onions and carrots in vegetable oil, add pickles and tomato paste, pour in water and simmer over low heat for about an hour. Then fry the potatoes until golden brown, combine all the ingredients and serve.
