The traditional Mimosa salad is laid out on a plate in layers and has probably already become a chore for everyone gathered at the festive table.
Therefore, we offer you a familiar dish, but using a different, more interesting form of serving it - in lavash in the form of a roll.
The taste of such a snack remains amazing, and it looks much more original. You can see the list of necessary ingredients below:
Some of the products require preliminary preparation. For example, eggs should be hard-boiled, cheese should be grated, and greens should be finely chopped.
Grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater, and mash the canned fish with a fork. The lavash, in turn, needs to be cut in such a way that you get rectangles of approximately the same size.
Now you can start assembling Mimosa.
Place all three lavash next to each other and spread mayonnaise mixed with herbs on them. Put tuna on the first lavash, cheese on the second, and eggs on the third.
Roll the first lavash, the one with tuna, into a roll, then move it to the edge of the second lavash and roll it up, as if wrapping the first roll in the second lavash. Do the same with the third lavash.
All that remains is to cut the roll into portions, and for a brighter appearance and spicy taste, you can sprinkle them with ground paprika.
