For 400 g of cottage cheese, it is enough to take just two pinches of the bulk product.

If the cottage cheese is soft and sour, you can leave the soda in. Otherwise, it is better to use a small portion of vinegar.

It is important not to overdo it with baking soda, otherwise an unpleasant aftertaste will appear.
