Making deviled eggs for a holiday is always a good idea, so the appetizer usually literally disappears from the table.
You can get creative with the filling by adding interesting ingredients.
- a dozen eggs;
- a pack of delicious crab sticks;
- 150 grams of good cheese;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- mayonnaise, salt and dill.
First, you should cook the eggs until they are fully cooked. Then make a cut so as to capture most of the bottom of the egg. This part will be used for stuffing.
We pass the rest of the white and yolk through a grater. We do the same with the cheese and crab sticks. It is better to take them chilled - in this case the product will be more juicy.
Garlic can be chopped with a knife, just like dill.
Combine the ingredients. Add salt and a small amount of pepper if desired. Bring to a homogeneous state using mayonnaise.
