Olivier is a simple salad that guests and family members always look forward to at the New Year's table.
But if the taste of your favorite dish seems too simple, then you should change the dressing. It is better to refuse the usual mayonnaise.
First, you need to boil the carrots and potatoes. The process should not take more than 20-25 minutes. Boil the eggs hard, then cool and peel.
You also need to take doctor's sausage and pickles. All the ingredients need to be cut.
But you should take into account the proportions, for 200 g of carrots and potatoes it is enough to take only 150 g of sausage and 3 cucumbers. Lastly, you can add canned peas.
Once the salad is ready, you can start preparing the dressing.
To do this, you need to chop a bunch of greens (parsley or dill), add 60 g of hard cheese and a pickled cucumber.
These ingredients need to be ground in a blender. Then the mass should be mixed with half a teaspoon of mustard and two tablespoons of sour cream.
