- a piece of boiled chicken fillet (about 300 grams);
- 150 grams of pineapples (it is better to take canned fruit, as fresh ones have a different flavor);
- approximately 150 grams of any pickled mushrooms (the most popular option is champignons);
- one onion;
- 2-3 spoons of quality mayonnaise;
- salt.
Chicken fillet should be boiled until fully cooked and wait for it to cool. Cutting hot meat will be too difficult a task.
Onions can be marinated or simply doused with hot water. If we are talking about salad onions (shallots, for example), then all these manipulations can be skipped. The vegetable should be chopped into neat rings.
Pineapples and chicken are cut into small cubes.
Mushrooms should also be cut into two parts.
Combine the ingredients and add a little salt. Before serving, use mayonnaise.
